1698 Command was built for RUM: Raise The Black! to give Server 1698 a shared command center — a single place where members can find battle formations, event strategy, and alliance messages without digging through chat history or relying on memory.
The app supports 10 languages and is designed to work within the constraints of in-game auto-translation. Every message is written to be short, clear, and paste-ready into KingShot chat.
Features include: Alliance Notices, a Battle Comms hub with real-time rally coordination and countdown timers, a standalone Rally Calculator, multilingual event messages, a full KvK wiki, battle planning tools, alliance policy, and server guides — all kept up to date as the server grows.
